Last week I came back from my Summer-holidays and I was contacted by Laura Bannier journalist with the Luxembourg Wort to talk about how we can detach from work during our holiday period. It’s a complex topic and I do not believe that there is a one-fits-all recipe, even if there are some common topics most of us share. Reading Laura’s article I am happy to see that she allowed for the complexity of the topic to keep it’s place, hence as I observe it with clients it is often the “place” we have or are afraid of loosing which brings in an additional challenge to the complexity of disconnecting. #disconnecttoreconnect #worklifebalancegoals #coaching
